Sensational Knowledge

Beginning or no understanding of topic, Open to all
Movement not required
Likely soothing
Find how the senses empower, make connections to world, offer creativity.
Come with paper, pencil, your body, and an object from nature… a rock, bark, or leaf perhaps? It does not need to be particularly special. We will be heightening sensory awareness to deepen our relationships to others and the world around us. The session will be playful and uplifting —the very nature of playfulness allowing for a softening of self to expand awareness of sensational knowledge, empathy, compassion, and creativity. Be ready to smile.
