Making decisions about crucial matters impacts our core values and facets of our personal, professional, social and cultural identities. The interactive workshop presents the main principles of embodied decision-making aimed at supporting people during crucial life transitions. Embodied decision making is based on the presenter’s doctoral research and experience in dance movement psychotherapy, and provides new insights into wider applications across the fields of education, health & wellbeing and business.
