In this workshop, you will explore ecosomatic movement and disability culture. You will look with Prof. Petra Kuppers at how you can be embodied and expressive in nature and in your own homes, how you can tune into your somatic sensitivities and our creative energies to find access and experience joy. You will move with sounds you are making with your own breath, appropriate to your bodyminds, even if we experience pain and mobility restrictions.
