Unifying with Diversity

How do we live diversity within our own bodies?
What relationship do we have to all that is different from ourselves? How does nature and its diversity directly reflect our innate connection to a diverse planet and how could it make us more resilient? We envision a healthier planet where balance, diversity and acceptance reign. If our outer world is a mirror of our inner world, what are we rejecting, resisting and judging within ourselves that keeps us from creating the vision of the ideal world we wish for? We will use somatic movement explorations to step out of the “talking head” format and into our bodies and the stories they reveal. This is an invitation to descend into our sub-conscious belief system of diversity within our bodies and to mend and heal the broken ties we may have with ourselves, our fellow humans and the natural world.
