Vibhu Sharma
A lawyer and an amateur Kathak dancer curious about (re)imagining law and governance systems rooted in embodied love and nature.
Vibhu is a dispute resolution lawyer based in Toronto, Canada. She has previously lived and worked in India and Singapore. She grew up in Kolkata, India, a city that taught her much about human-environmental challenges and resilience. She has worked on myriad legal matters ranging from justice for the disenfranchised and the environment to complex international, civil and commercial disputes.
Vibhu is a Kathak dance student of the Late Pandit Bachanlal Mishra from Kolkata and Joanna de Souza in Toronto. Kathak has helped her reflect more deeply on life and work. She has performed Kathak and other dance forms across India, Canada and China.
Vibhu is learning to slow down, access her true self and get curious about our beautiful interconnected world through yoga, Vipassana meditation, IFS parts work, and beloved community.
