Drawing inspiration from his studies in Neuroscience, Physiology and Cognitive Sciences, Tomislav will explore and explain some of the core principles of neuroplasticity that he and his movement research collective Ferus Animi // Terra Nova apply to their training and teaching practices. We will touch on the roles of failure, environment and reward in motor learning and skill acquisition, as well as disseminating why understanding these principles can be helpful in building a durable daily practice that focuses on health, wellbeing and longevity.
