Sean Hannah is Vice President and Curriculum Director at PKMove.org. His
career in fitness spans 15 years and includes running one of the country’s first parkour
programs for older adults. Sean helped write the programming for the world’s first
evidence-based study of parkour for older adults, which has become the backbone of PK
Move’s flagship program - PK Silver. He’s been training parkour since he saw Sebastien
Foucan jump away from James Bond in 2007.
