Who am I when I stand up and when I fall?

Our movement, perception, emotions, environment (both physical and psychosocial), and the things we say or don’t say can show a lot about ourselves. Through the Esprit Concrete Method that combines counselling psychology with movement, Louiseanne will be exploring some movement qualities through floorwork and impact work inspired through Krump to share what she finds important in one’s identity and heritage, and how these are embodied in one’s movement, to aid self-discovery and reflection. This will be a guided interactive movement session. You will need a space to move and to explore your physical surroundings, open to both outdoor and indoor participation.
