“SHINOBI MOVEMENT” is an applied Movement practice through combination of Eastern philosophy and Arts and Western science and practices. It primarily combines methods and philosophies from Kinesiology, Ninja Art/Ninjutsu, Parkour & Freerunning, Mixed Martial Arts, Traditional Dance & Street Dance, Capoeira, Acrobatics & Circus Arts and all sorts of Japanese Art and Culture. This class will be an introductory class for beginner to intermediate practitioners for body manipulation. In this class we will be primarily focusing on Scapular & Sacral manipulation and gravitational shifts that Ninjas utilized since Feudal Japan in which we can apply to our modern day physical movement practices such as Parkour, Dance, Sports and Martial Arts. And ultimately we will want to look to understand the flow of the chi-energy and the detailed self manipulation of Myofascial Meridians.
