How can we access flow states and cultivate embodied leadership qualities in disruptive times through authentic movement?
This is an experiential session where we decode the neuroscience of flow states and discover how to move through turbulent times with playful aliveness. You will learn how to catapult your cognitive performance and psychological health into the realms of flow through authentic movement and breath. Hint: Peak performance doesn't have to be serious or stressful, it can be playful and fun! Flow is defined as the optimal state of consciousness where we feel our best and perform our best. It’s where we become exponentially human, make breakthroughs, and have the capacity to make a huge impact on the world around us. In flow, we have access to heightened creativity and wellbeing, accelerated learning, and improved decision making. Simply put, all aspects of our cognitive and physical performance go through the roof. In 2020, the conditions for our survival have been volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous. The good news is that we can leverage these conditions to get our neurobiology to work for us, instead of against us! We live in disruptive times and this is precisely what is required from leadership today; the ability to embody calm in the face of chaos and prepare for massive reinvention, massive transformation, and massive illumination. I look forward to journeying with you :)
