The Chain of Injuries: Where they come from, how they progress, and what you can do about them.

Early detection of injuries is often the "job" of your trainer, therapist, or doctor--however, it's common that these trusted people won't be immediately available to you. So, how can you pick up on the early signs of dysfunction yourself, and what can you do about it before it leads to more serious, or more numerous, injuries...or, if you're already dealing with a chronic and long-standing injury (or several)--where did it all begin? What can you do now, by yourself, to begin the healing process? Before Covid-19, Dr. Ken traveled 9-10 months out of each year...while maintaining his Chiropractic clinic as the sole doctor. This is only possible because of the power he's given his patients in the form of self-care and self-therapy. Learn some of the tools and mindsets he's passed on from over 12 years of treating and managing patients.
