Our embodiment does not end at the edges of our skin, rather-the experience of embodiment is fundamentally embedded in relationship. How we are with our movement and embodiment is inextricably connected to how we are in relationship with the living world of which we are a part. The ways that we disconnect from and objectify our bodies are similar to the ways we disconnect from and objectify the living presence of the world around us.
In this presentation, we will explore how when we bring intimacy and attunement to our embodied experience, we can grow our capacity to be in felt relationship and connection with the living world in which we are embedded.
