Beginning or no understanding of topic, Open to all
Space and loose clothed required
Likely neutral
An introduction to the concept of the "animal body" - soft, relaxed, mobile and muscular through every joint, particularly the areas hidden or often neglected in modern urbanized cultures. We will cover some basic movements to open up the muscular articulations of every part of the spine, ribcage, abdomen, hips shoulders and the four limbs, and which begin to reveal the ancient, powerful and blissful animal patterns innate in the human body, which connect us to the rest of the animal kingdom.
