Experience a personalized approach that helps young people re-connect with themselves and establish a base of lifelong skills for well-being.
How can we support our youth in these challenging times? Through teaching simple embodied anatomy practices, you can help students to re- instate a sense of calm in the nervous system, integrate body and mind, and gain compassion for self and others. Come experience sample activities for yourself, and learn key principles for adapting them for teens and young adults. [Open to all levels; also open to non-educators who want to gain experience in this dynamic approach to embodied anatomy.]
