The embodied practice of personality

Intermediate understanding
Some standing/ movement
Likely neutral
The practices you choose and the manner in which you go about them are a reflection of your personality and can sometimes serve to simply deepen your neuroses rather than develop your range of being. Implicitly linking meditation and breathwork practices to the Big Five (OCEAN) model of personality (Neuroticism, Conscientiousness, Agreeableness, Openness and Extraversion), you will explore which practice modes are familiar to you, which are uncomfortable, and which may be beneficial to you because you need to build more of those qualities in your life. You will be encouraged to bring a practice from this session into your life, and you may choose to share any learnings with @stevejnew on Instagram. You are what you do, but you become what you practice.
