Learn how to use different types of breathwork to support you to build emotional resilience, improving your self-awareness, attention and energy levels, and your ability to self-regulate and integrate even challenging emotions.
This will be a practical interactive workshop giving you the chance to explore your own unique breath pattern, as well as insight into some of the science behind emotional resilience and breathwork. You will leave with practical breath techniques you can use straight away to improve how you deal with adversity so you can live life more fully.
