Miles Kessler is an American teacher of Aikido (6th dan), meditation, and Integral Practice. He is a dual-lineage holder in both the Iwama tradition of Aikido and the Burmese Mahasi tradition of Meditation. Miles lived in Japan for eight years where he studied Aikido full time at the famous Iwama Dojo, under the guidance of the late Morihiro Saito Sensei. 
After leaving Japan Miles continued exploring the depths of consciousness, spending 3 years on intensive Vipassana meditation retreats in Burma and Nepal. He was mentored through the “progress of insight” under the guidance of the late U Pandita in Burma, and Sayadaw Vivekananda in Nepal. Miles has lived in Israel since 2006, where he founded the Integral Dojo in Tel-Aviv, and the NPO “Aikido Without Borders,” which builds bridges of mutual understanding between Israelis and Palestinians through the martial art of Aikido. He is also the Founder and Director of the Integral Dojo Online, a media, education, and training organization. Miles is an innovative teacher having created and developed several online trainings such as; “Meditation For Aikidoka”, “Evolution Of Response”, and the “Meditation Discovery Cycle”, and the “Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification” program. He has also produced and hosted 2 global tele-summits; “Aikido At The Leading Edge” and “Dharma & The Evolution Of Conflict.”
