Vinny Ferraro has been empowered & teaches in the Buddhist Insight tradition. He serves as the Guiding Teacher of the Big Heart City Sangha in SF since 2004. A nationally recognized leader in designing and implementing Mindfulness interventions for educators & incarcerated populations. His open hearted teachings have touched hella people. Oh yeah, and he doesn’t like talking about himself in the 3rd person.
