Our way of connecting has changed dramatically as we socially distance. Long days meeting online can result in distracted, partial presence with each other and a sort of "screen fatigue". Let's stay 3 dimensional in our 2-dimensional relational field! In this workshop we will share exercises and tips to be more fully present and embodied in our online interactions, and experience the difference it can make for us and for the people we are with.
