"The life of embodiment depends on living what we know. Every day, we are
asked to live at the pace of what is real: by aligning our mind, heart, and body,
and by cultivating the life of our presence, meaning, and relationship. The life of story also returns us to what matters in a felt way. This all takes a quiet, constant courage to stay in the one conversation. For each of our lives is a sentence in the one story. In this session, Mark will invite you, using timeless and contemporary stories and poems, to surface part of your own story with a chance to discover how we all connect in the one conversation of life. This session will explore what it means to have an authentic voice, how to listen for it and embody it. For understanding our own story changes how we move in the world, and staying close to what is sacred enables us to stay in conversation with the story of life.
Have a journal with you."
