"Explore the heart of the Lotus Sutra through mantra chanting and guided meditation. We will discuss the meaning of the Odaimoku, its purpose and intention, and then experience chanting as a guided meditation as well as in a form that can be used to The session is open to all levels from complete beginner to advanced practitioner. Depending on the openness of the individual, it can be emotional as it is possible to unlock things deeply buried within. Physically, there are hand movements involved, and then sitting in stillness. The hand movements with the Odaimoku leads to bilateral stimulation which can aid in release of anxiety."
