Qigong - Introduction to Xing Shen Zhuang

Intermediate understanding
Some standing/ movement
Likely soothing
Short introduction of the form. Then we do a brief version of the form together (which is a bit physically demanding). This form is quite dynamic, without being athletic, with moments of stillness. The form is a perfect complement to martial arts and builds inner core strength for good posture, opens up the energy flow in both lower and upper body, improves health and mental and physical stamina and focus.
