Obviously, the session can give only a glimpse and a feeling of how to move from a Qi Gong movement to an authentic expression of my inner core at that very moment. Using centering and breathing awareness we will try to get an idea of what our body needs and let movement emerge. Depending on the present community we will share and elaborate personal experiences.
