Embodied Art Activism: My Body as the Valley

Beginning or no understanding of topic, Open to all
Space and loose clothed required
Likely soothing
Experiencing Soma dialogue with Nature.
In this session, Rena Milgrom would like to present a part of her somatic work encompassing a site-specific and body landart work as a means to address local environmental issues. She will talk about a specific workshop in one Bohemian Valley, but based on the processes we have experienced there, Rena Milgrom will invite you to some experiencing in the place where you are. She finds the Phenomenological approach closely related to somatics and her wish is to inspire others to develop an embodied dialogue with the environment. We will move, sense and possibly draw, so if you want, prepare a piece of paper and a soft pencil and pastel.
