Embodied Earth Activism - Moving the Body from Grief to Connection

Intermediate understanding
Space and loose clothed required
Likely soothing
Transforming our collective grief and rage through earth connection, embodied movement and action.
As we face the destruction of our beautiful earth how can we break free from numbness and despair and allow our bodies to process the grief and rage of this loss. This process is not only empowering, it helps us to take the actions required to find connection, love and hope, and work together to nourish and restore ourselves and the earth. After some introductions to the work of being an embodied earth activist, the session will be exploratory and experiential, including guided exercises, authentic movement and meditation.
