Mercedes will introduce some basic movement patterns on the ground that can be taken to the wall as well as some hanging and flexibility exercises.
Climbing offers a unique movement perspective, the use of the arms in different pulling and pushing motions and the use of the feet to pull, push, hug and jump to scale our natural environment. In this workshop, Mercedes will introduce some basic movement patterns on the ground that can be taken to the wall, she'll also show you some basic hanging and flexibility exercises that can help you become a better climber and mover.
