What the F**K Are You Thinking? (Building Your Own Philosophy of Strength and Movement)

Ya know what it's like to stand in front of a room of 60 trainers and ask them to define strength or fitness, only to receive blank stares? Normal. And more than a tad disappointing. We can't teach, learn, or pursue what we haven't defined, and to do that we have to reach into our essential innards, our metaphysical guts, and rip out the nonsense while digging for the authentic athlete inside of us. Only then can we teach from a place of true passion. Very few training programs are built from the trainer's personal philosophy about strength. As trainers, we buy and sell each other's ideas as certifications and products, but rarely endorse our own heart and spirit. That's why affiliations and certifications exist... to sell prefabricated thought. Far be it for me to tell you how to think, but I am here to urge you TO think. With over 25 years of growing a bustling fitness community, from newbies to international competitors, while being an outlier to the fitness industry, I'd like to share with you my insights and techniques for a journey of constant growth into understanding my authentic self, and helping my tribe having successful relationships with their bodies by staying true to themselves.
