Learn about the science & physiology of Flow State, the most optimum human experience and how to tap into this source for creativity, power and manifestation quickly. The mind and body are inextricably linked and Summer will take you on a journey through somatics, mobility, meditation and personal development work to help you get more clear on the vision of your highest self. During the second half of the workshop, Summer will educate on Mace mysticism and how this ancient weapon can improve posture, mindset and build strength. If you have a Steel Mace, please bring it and if you don't, you can use a broomstick or shovel to get started with the movements. If you are a seasoned mace athlete, be prepared to learn Summer's signature style Steel Mace Vinyasa, which helps increase range of motion and power in hips, shoulders and core. All levels welcome, theory and application with an emphasis on biomechanics.
