Shifting public conversation to a focus on consciously building self-awareness, relational health and transformational resilience
Join Dr. Christina Bethell to learn about the science of adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) and cutting-edge public health efforts to prevent and heal the embodied impact of early life experiences. She will outline a new science of thriving focused on understanding the anatomy of the healing journey and the science of flourishing amid adversity through developing embodied awareness, conscious movement and healing relationships with ourselves, each other and in communities. She will review her most recent research and policy advocacy work to shift the public conversation from a focus on adversity, pain and disease to a focus on consciously building self-awareness, relational health and transformational resilience in communities.
