Healing the wound of not enough-ness
"Learning to shift shame in our bodies is a tangible and powerful tool to healing the wound of not enough-ness. This wound is one that most of us experience in some way and can leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves, others and what we hunger for in life. An embodied approach to shifting shame includes recognizing what triggers it, how you try to control, avoid or minimize it, and how both the energy of shame and the reaction to it sit in your body. When you un-do old stories of shame, letting it flow through you as sensation, vibration, heat and breath, you reconnect to yourself and your potential. This talk will include discussion, breath and embodiment practice for a tangible experience."
