The Radiance Sutras is a juicy, lively approach to meditation based in the tantra yoga tradition and over 50 years of scientific research and practice. The Sutras present 112 doorways into meditative experience through everyday life experience: breathing, sensing energy flows in the body, listening to music, dancing, eating, partying, making love, communing with nature, merging with mantras - even mind wandering and being lonely are included. In order to thrive in meditation, we need to give ourselves freedom to choose among a wide variety of approaches, so that we can be deeply refreshed in the currents of life energy and emerge renewed and ready to love, work, and play. The key is to customize the practice to match your individuality. In this workshop, we will be engaging in a structured series of 1-minute, 3-minute, 5-minute meditation so that you can explore your individual nature and develop practices that go with your individuality.
