How powerful is video really?
Within 2-3 seconds of someone meeting you either in person or on video they make their minds up whether they like you or, whether they want to do business with you or not. THEN our brains get in the way and we say things like:
• “oh I better get to know them as this is my new mother inlaw” OR
• “oh well they are part of my network marketing group and if I don’t do business with
them I won’t get new leads and I will fail my group” OR
• “all my friends like this person and I trust them so I better talk to them”
Well the same happens when people meet YOU on video!
So, if you are showing up unauthentic, you hating filming yourself, and you are not in your power or in your energy flow, your body language will match your energy, and what you are saying will be totally incongruent with you body language, as our bodies don’t lie!
