Alastair Prentice

Based in Tokyo Alastair is a Licensed Trainer of NLP ( with both the original co-founders) and also trains and teaches “generative psychotherapy and coaching “ to groups and organizations worldwide. His trainings are dynamic, interactive and challenging, and designed to guide participants through their own “ Hero’s Journey” from basic competence through to eventual mastery of these core skills and patterns of personal evolution - a connection to centre, an extension to spirit and an integration of both (and much much more). An obsessive modeler of the “patterns of genius” he has spent the last 20 years diving deep into learning adventures and has trained and mentored extensively with some of the foremost therapists in the world of NLP, Coaching/Therapy Hypnotherapy and martial arts. He is a Hypnotherapist as well as an Associate Trainer and Japan Representative for the IAGC* ( International Association for Generative Change) , and has studied, mentored with and assisted Dr Stephen Gilligan, one of the foremost teachers of embodied psychotherapy in the world since 2005. Since 2007 he has also been facilitating effective communication and self-enquiry modules on Yoga Teacher Training Programs in Tokyo , Berlin and Bali. Martial arts ( Aikido and Bagua in particular) are also part of his long term practices.
