Everything is relationship. To body, to nature, to self, to spirit and to
other. When any one of these relationships is damaged, at any point in
life, things take a downward turn. My passion is supporting my clients
into their own genius blueprint, from where they can discover the beauty
in themselves. Lasting, nourishing and authentically alive relationships
are the result.
As someone who was adopted at birth, and whose mother never
touched me, I am intricately familiar with the ‘journey home to self’.
From growing up amidst the emotional chaos of 5 adopted kids, to
outright rebellion in my teens (let’s be honest - far beyond my teens), to
a decade on the shadowy side of society, to now witnessing and
supporting the evolution of others, it’s been a sometimes beautiful, often
ridiculous ride. My formal qualifications are few, and varied; I’ll spare us
both the awkwardness of listing them.
I am the ever-astonished-at-her-capabilities father of an 11-year-old girl.
Her mother and I co-parent in a peaceful and mutually nourishing way. I
devour fiction and sci-fi, read the occasional, relevant professional text,
love hiking and the outdoors in general. I taught myself to sail aged 41,
and I definitely don’t spend enough time on that tub.
