Embodying our True Nature: Awakening our Ecological Selves

Beginning or no understanding of topic, Open to all
Movement not required
Likely neutral
You will engage with embodied inquiry to inspire a perceptual shift in relationship to our natural environment.
In this session, you will expand your sense of self to include the world around you. You will look to wisdom traditions both ancient and emerging, from science to spirituality to inspire this perceptual shift. You will consider how our own enculturation affects our relationship with the land we live on and the beings we share it with. You will engage in practices that weave this relationship into our felt sense through embodied experience.
