Ancestral Reconnection

Beginning or no understanding of topic, Open to all
Movement not required
Potentially triggering
An embodied meditative process to access deeper connection with the indigeneity of your ancestral lineage.
All of our ancestral lines lead, at some point in time, to where we were indigenous to the land and deeply connected to Nature and Spirit. Many of us, through the ancestral experience of the trauma of immigration, war, famine, genocide and other personal or collective events, have been disconnected from that resourcing. Through a meditative, embodied, transmission process we will explore reconnection to that point through the Universal Indigenous Field alive in our bodies. Rani George will share some of my stories of this process as preparation, lead us collectively through the process using our bodies, minds, and emotions as guides, and leave time for some journaling/drawing to integrate the process. It would be good to prepare for this journey by paying attention to your dreams and insights or experiences that arise in the days leading up it. Ask your ancestors for permission and blessing guidance for this exploration at this time. Have paper and pen available close at hand.
