This session will help you understand the importance of recognising when your nervous system is unregulated and what you can do to bring it back into a healthy state. Discern the difference between being calm and numbing out, being motivated and driven. Wear loose comfortable clothes, have water to drink nearby and bring a pen and paper for reflection.
