All the pain, suffering and troubles we face in our daily living are not independent of ourselves. We live them and experience them in our living, in our physiology, in our own minds. The first step for recovering well-being and harmony in our living comes by accepting our present and our history. We must step forward towards living a generative present in which pain and suffering are no longer conserved, but blurred by the shiny light of our conservation of love and self-respect.
