Psyche Reset: It begins with you

All the pain, suffering and troubles we face in our daily living are not independent of ourselves. We live them and experience them in our living, in our physiology, in our own minds. The first step for recovering well-being and harmony in our living comes by accepting our present and our history. We must step forward towards living a generative present in which pain and suffering are no longer conserved, but blurred by the shiny light of our conservation of love and self-respect. Ximena Dávila invites us to some critical reflections in order to expand our well-being and invite others to a manner of conversation that helps us liberate and achieve acceptance and self-respect in living together.
