Prof. Ximena Davila
Consultant, Researcher in Cultural-biology, her research focuses on processes of accompaniment of cultural transformation.

It is also the creation of the art and science of the liberating conversation, and the study of the understanding of the origin of pain and human suffering, as well as the processes of generation, realization and conservation of individual and collective welfare being.
In 2000 she co-founded Matríztica in Santiago, Chile, together with Humberto Maturana. A school of thought in the south of the world, constituting an international reference of reflective research on humanity that develops the understanding of cultural biology. Together with Humberto and their collaborators, they have developed diverse forms of accompaniment in processes of cultural transformation and integration in human organizations and communities. All of this is centred on people. Ximena was recognized in 2015 together with Humberto Maturana and Claudio Naranjo with the MCA 2015 Award, for their contribution to social and spiritual transformation in Chile.
