Pleasure and Presence in Nature

Beginning or no understanding of topic, Open to all
Some standing/ movement
Likely neutral
Join Constance Clare-Newman in sensorial practices of pleasure as we explore our inter-being with nature as an antidote to disconnection, digital distraction and stress.
Many of us suffer from “nature deficit disorder.” In this workshop, Constance Clare-Newman will cultivate presence with the elements of water, earth, air and fire. Together with her we will play with kinesthetic, proprioceptive and interoceptive awareness, and gentle movement. As we explore imaginative and pleasurable ways to move and invite these elemental qualities into our beings, we can experience a sense of connection and wholeness. If possible to be outside, or near a window, that will be ideal. Please bring a small bowl of water and something that represents earth to the session.
