Movement Mapping aims to solve some common issues that Justin experienced while teaching group practice full time for 10+ years. We’ll go into the topics of evolutionary biology and psychology and why they are important as well as the progressive learning principles Movement Mapping utilizes to address common issues in the modern human body and nervous system. Learning outcomes 1. An understanding of evolutionary biology and psychology. 2. What is neuromuscular training and why it is more adaptable then focusing on the musculoskeletal system. 3. How to utilize progressive training principles to optimize group learning.
