We need good leaders, now more than ever. The issues we face are too great and complex, the consequences of poor leadership too serious for us, for future generations of all living beings, and for the planet. At this time of great uncertainty, conscious, skillfully embodied leaders have the advantage: returning to our bodies as anchors in the midst of uncertainty and overwhelm, while having to make hard decisions; connecting with ourselves as rich, deep resources of integrity, wisdom, clarity, courage, and compassion; and, through that, influencing the bodies of others in the energetic field.
This insightful and interactive session offers the opportunity to reflect, reconnect, and harness the embodied wisdom we need for our work as leaders during crisis of any nature. We will explore situational embodied leadership practices that integrate awareness, acceptance, range and choice to respond and move forward for the benefit of all.
