Lisa Dempsey is a Certified Leadership Coach* with an extensive international background. Her inclusive Leadership practice is rooted in Co-Active, Somatics, Neuroscience, Behaviour Transformation and 20+ years of experience dedicated to human potential. Through her inclusive and embodied leadership practices Lisa enables people to unleash their full potential and bridge the gap between where they are now and where they dare to dream. Raised in the US with a hunger for travel and adventure, The Netherlands has been her home base from where she has worked with people in more than 130 different countries and developed her rich and unique global perspective. Lisa is honored to have received the Deloitte BOLD Leader award for her work in visionary leadership. She brings her leadership practice to life on a daily basis through her plural roles as the Founder of Leadership Labs; Executive Board Member of She Dares; Go Laadli; Glimpse; and Co-Host of the HR Matters podcast. Lisa loves working with individuals, teams, and organizations with big dreams and want to make a difference in the world. Next to people, Lisa is also passionate about animals and you can often find her enjoying a walk with her dogs in the forest or on the beach near her home.
