Lymph is known as ‘longevity juice’ within Ayurveda. This workshop takes a deep dive into embodying the lymphatic system. Come explore the experiential anatomy of your immunity, and learn how to boost it through asana, vinyasa and pranayama. En route, we will examine the key role of the diaphragm and other muscles in stimulating lymphatic flow and health. You will leave with practical tools, sequences, and inspiration for your practice and your life. Lisa seeks to offer you both a deeper knowledge of your body’s inherent wisdom and personal insights into the clarity and focus lymph offers the mind.
