The Pelvic Core: Essential Dos and Don'ts

The core and pelvic floor are often very misunderstood and very mis-cued. Things like hold your core tight all day and contract your pelvic floor to strengthen it are outdated models that are very much still utilized. This talk will review some of these common "don'ts" in order to get more clear and grounded in biomechanics of the core and pelvic floor.
