In this class we will explore experiential anatomy practices that awaken cellular intelligence and help you make healthier and creative breath, alignment and movement choices. When your pelvis is balanced, you feel more grounded and able to flow with Life. Learning outcomes 1. Learn about experiential anatomy and interoception as therapy. 2. Develop a ""felt sense"" of your pelvis. 3. Experience your pelvis as a source of grounded support.
