This session explores ways to address the inner voice that can often block one's way into finding tranquility and acceptance within one's self.
One's inner voice may be so highly self-negative and self-defeating that it's almost impossible to focus the mind in a more generative way, to find balance and forward momentum in life.
A key challenge of high performance leadership is how to understand the "channels and physics" of this self-negative inner voice, to reconcile with it and even recruit its vast energies to help with the path forward, while making sure it does not pull us under.
In our session, we will cover:
- Four major types of the feeling "I'm Never Good Enough."
- The major types of emotional wounding that can cause this feeling.
- An empowering framework for how to heal this wound at the source, privately and on your own terms.
