Relational Intelligence: Being in Touch

Intermediate understanding
Some standing/ movement
Likely neutral
In this lecture/practice class I introduce physical and mental concepts of embodiment that promote relational intelligence. Touch based, we do this work by attending to and moving with our felt understanding. Through engaging as bodyminds in the creative practice of physical attention, we can discover the dynamic of our identities and the intimacy of our co-composition with other humans and the non-human. A practice of vitality, we bring our worlds to life, thereby gaining greater physical presence, access, awareness and knowledge. Live Music with Miles Wilder.
