Susanna will lead a practical session based on Body&Earth principles*, a practice that brings awareness to the interconnectedness of our embodied self and the planet in which we are part of. The movement exploration proposed will include connecting with omni-directional breath and the softness of the gut body while finding support from ground and space. Writing tasks will be included to process and integrate the moving experience. The intention of the session is to be ‘together’ in movement and through moving finding resources that can be useful to support ourselves as human beings in such a challenging times. Through a shared practice, we can support each other in being present with what we are individually experiencing without losing the sense of connection with others which is essential for survival.
