We are social animals. We all need connection. In this pandemic time, deep, embodied listening can a life line of sanity, para-sympathetic regulation and connection with the kind of warmth and ease that we associate with a good hug. At the start of lockdown, Susannah felt prompted to create a course on deep listening (now out at www.21Gratitudes.com/courses )which can be done by people solo and people with "Practice Buddies.” In this session she will talk about why Embodied Listening is so important, give some top tips for becoming a more present listener, and lead us on an embodied journey to listen in to ourselves.
